Use of this website, the public register, and the public verification API is subject to these terms and to ESTCA-STD-001 and related policy published by ESTCA Association.

Permitted use

The register is provided for bona fide verification of certification status. Automated scraping that degrades service for others, or use of results to make unlawful decisions about individuals, is not permitted. API clients must comply with the agreed rate limits and data use terms.

Accuracy

The register reflects information submitted in accordance with the standard. ESTCA Association shall use reasonable care to maintain integrity, but you remain responsible for any operational decisions.

Separation from certification operations

ESTCA.eu publishes the standard, public registry and related policy. Certified-ESTCA.eu is the separate licensed operational certification platform. Nothing on this website should be read as an airline, authority or European Union endorsement unless a named organisation is expressly identified.

Governing law

The seat of ESTCA Association is the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
